Skein winder to coil

The widing bench is designed to wind wire from skein and rewind it onto reel or transfer the wire from on reel to another.
The system is made up of a wire separator with external adjustements for adjusting the lenght of the reel, a motor with adjustable torque and speed and a protector to regulations for the reel. In order to be able to wind skeins of thin wire, the skein winder unit is power driven and the speed controlled by means of an electronic roll.
Also the skein holder cone can be freed from the motor with a clutch.
The controls are sitated at the top and include the adjustments for wire separator motor speed and the speed and torque of the reel motor.
The reel is equipped with protection with end of wire sensor and safety micro. The roll unit has its own stop microcontact for any knots in the skein.
