Automatic link counting and optical vision chain cutting machine

The machine performs link counting with mechanical synchronism and/or cutting with optical synchronism.
This chain cutter is suitable for chains that have an irregular link pitch due to previous processes. It is equipped with a sensor that displays the position of the link to be cut.

The shear can be oriented with respect to the chain. This system works for rolò chains but also for the ball chain, ballbarrel chain, 3+1 Figaro, 5+1 chain, chain with bar, grumetta, tennis, etc.
as long as you can see the shape of the link. It is equipped with automatic unwinder and safety sensors.

There are six different operating programs.
The notebook for camera configuration is included.
