Powerful reel winding bench with wire separator for winding 1 to 3 mm diameter drawn wire on to reel.
The machine has adjustments for speed and pull of the main motor and a device that keeps the pull on the wire constant during reel filling. It also has a rev counter with preselection for stopping of drawing and the winder according to the operator’s setting.
The machine also has a stop in case of breakage or end of wound wire. The speed of the wire separator is set by the potentiometer located on the control panel and is then automatically corrected according to the reel rotation speed.
The particular electric motor used can develop maximum torque from 0 to 400 r.p.m.
The machine is provided with safety protection according to regulations.
