This winder is applied where there are chain working machines not having their own winders.
The machine has a reel drawing motor and a wire separator motor, both with adjustable speed.
Furthermore, the rreel is equipped with an adjustable machanical clutch which adjusts the pull with which the chain is wound.
When the reel stops the wire separator is also stopped.
