During the annealing process in a static oven, the wire may overlap abnormally, making the reel unsuitable for direct use in chain machines and causing production stoppages.
The machine is designed to rewind the metal wire, previously wound on a reel and annealed in the oven, onto another similar reel for subsequent processing in chain machines. This precise rewinding process prevents machine downtime due to improper reel winding.
The machine is equipped with a digital separator with self-learning capabilities to detect the reel width. Once the destination reel is inserted, simply press “START,” and the machine will automatically register the start and end positions of the reel flanges.
Speed control is applied directly to the wire rather than the reel’s rotation speed. Additionally, a digital length counter can be set to display and/or stop the machine upon reaching a predefined length.
The integrated brushless motor controls ensure synchronized start-up, preventing wire tension or stretching. Furthermore, an emergency quick-stop function is available, even in the event of wire jamming.
