Precision electronic winding machine with programmable step, equipped with an auto-learning system for coil width, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. The machine can be directly connected to a continuous wire annealing oven or used as a standalone rewinding winder.

The traverse moves in sync with the coil rotation, performing a constant movement previously set on the operator panel. This synchronization is maintained even during manual coil rotation.

The operator panel allows the programming of various parameters, including the maximum coil speed. The main motor’s pulling torque is adjustable from 0 to 100% through the control panel, ensuring a compact coil and compensating for potential speed differences with other machines. Excessive wire tension can cause a variation in its diameter.

Standard DIN 125 or smaller coils are compatible.

Up to 20 programs can be stored.
