An advanced and highly versatile machine engineered to deliver precision and flexibility in cutting a wide range of chain types.
The machine enables the user to set the required cutting length, up to 750 mm, ensuring high-precision, millimetre-level accuracy. Link counting (odd and even) is managed through mechanical synchronism, which can be combined with optical synchronism cutting for maximum reliability.
The integrated SmartCam system detects the exact position of the chain and executes the cut at the intended point, even when the chain has undergone stretching or deformation during processing.
The system is suitable for ball chains, ball–barrel chains, Figaro 3+1 and 5+1, chains with crossbar, grumetta and tennis chains, and many other designs, as long as the link shape is clearly recognisable.
Chain sections longer than 100 mm are automatically collected in the dedicated tray, ensuring clean and efficient handling.
The machine comes with an integrated automatic unwinder, safety sensor system, and a notebook with pre-installed camera configuration software.
Custom operating programs can be developed and configured according to specific production needs.
