Plate annealing winding-unwinding Kit

Motorized system complete with pneumatic brake for passing a plate just rolled (coming from the rolling mill) through the conventional belt furnace and rewinding it on coiler.
The infeed coiler is equipped with an adjustable pneumatic braking unit.
The outfeed coiler is controlled by a 1Hp motor with reducer and an arm that controls the coiler speed. A pneumatic guide block keeps the plate wound when it ends and comes out the tunnel.
The system also has two pneumatic plate holder rollers that are applied on the conveyor belt, one at the infeed and one at the outfeed.
